SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT COORDINATOR WANTED

Burnt Hills Softball – Travel 

We are looking for a motivated volunteer to help organize and run our softball tournaments for the season. This role is a huge help to our program and directly supports our players, teams, and community!

Responsibilities Include:

✅ Coordinating tournament dates and securing field availability

✅ Organizing field schedules and game-day logistics

✅ Setting up team registration (online + communication)

✅ Creating tournament pricing and managing team fees

✅ Coordinating work parties and field prep days

✅ Working with volunteers on setup, concessions, and cleanup

✅ Communicating with teams, coaches, and vendors as needed

What We Provide:

✔ Support from BH Softball leadership

✔ Templates, guidance, and help getting started

✔ A team of volunteers to assist on tournament weekends
